Stefan Wenge

Stefan Wenge currently serves as the Head of Group Non-Financial Risk Management at Solaris SE, leading an international team of 20 professionals since April 2023. Prior to this role, Stefan held the position of Senior Risk and Compliance Manager at ING Deutschland, where responsibilities included building a new team and enhancing financial crime compliance processes. Stefan also has substantial experience in operational risk management, having served as the Head of Operational Risk Management in multiple organizations, including ING Deutschland and Frankfurter Sparkasse. Stefan's career began with internships at Lisner Sp. z o.o. and Brillux, following military service. Academic qualifications include a Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) in Business Administration from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences.
