Mark Coggin

Mark Coggin is an experienced finance executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Solarity since November 2024. Prior to this role, Mark was the Chief Financial Officer at RevSpring from January 2022 to July 2024 and at AdhereHealth, LLC from August 2020 to January 2022. Mark's career includes significant leadership positions such as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Change Healthcare from 2003 to April 2020, and earlier experience as an accountant/auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP from 1998 to 2002, as well as an intern at Coopers & Lybrand (PwC) in 1997. Mark holds both a Master's and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
