Frederik Pfisterer

Frederik Pfisterer is an experienced entrepreneur and technology executive, serving as the Managing Director and Founder of Solarize since April 2021, where the focus is on creating innovative billing solutions for a carbon-free electricity future. In parallel, Frederik leads CareCap Technology Ventures, supporting and investing in early-stage teams focused on positive environmental, social, and economic change through technology. Prior to these roles, Frederik was the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Mambu, significantly contributing to the company's growth, achieving 20M€ in annual recurring revenue. Additional professional experience includes roles as Usability Lead at ontoprise GmbH and project management and web development in various independent capacities. Frederik holds master's degrees from Carnegie Mellon University and Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, as well as a bachelor's degree from Hochschule Furtwangen, underscoring a robust academic foundation in computer science and design.
