Derek Daly

Derek Daly is an experienced technology professional specializing in AI/ML product management and engineering within the software and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Principal AI/ML Product Manager at SolarWinds since January 2013, Derek has held various leadership roles, including Director of Product Management and Director of EMEA Solutions Engineering, where responsibilities included managing sales engineering teams, leading global events, and building partner relationships. Prior to SolarWinds, Derek worked at Ericsson as a Solutions Architect, focusing on software offshoring and product development, and also delivered training to telecom engineers as a Services Engineer. Derek holds an MSc in Computer Science from University College Cork and a BSc (Hons) in Multimedia Computing and Design from Limerick Institute of Technology.
