Jonathan Henry serves as the Director of IT IAM, Platform and End User Services Operations at SolarWinds since June 2018, where notable contributions include the formation of additional teams to enhance collaboration within the Secure by Design initiative. Previously held roles at SolarWinds involved building a new internal IAM team and enhancing risk management and operational efficiency. Jonathan has extensive experience in cloud and on-premises IAM solutions, along with a strong background in managing global teams and implementing strategic projects to optimize infrastructure. Prior roles at Smith & Nephew involved overseeing infrastructure operations and managing vendor relationships. Jonathan's career began in technical support and service roles, culminating in advanced educational qualifications including a Master of Science in Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington.
