Kyle Lapaglia

Kyle Lapaglia is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in growth marketing and web strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing for Tools and Security at SolarWinds since August 2025, Kyle previously held the position of Senior Director of Growth Marketing and Director of Growth Marketing at Redwood Software from April 2023 to August 2025. At Sinch Mailgun, from January 2018 to April 2023, Kyle advanced through various roles, including Senior Manager of Web Strategy and Manager of Conversion Rate Optimization. Earlier in the career, Kyle worked at SWBC from May 2016 to January 2018, progressing from Network Operations Center Analyst to Supervisor of the Network Operations Center & Service Desk.
