Michael Beale is an experienced professional in application engineering and technical support, currently serving as Sr Manager Application Engineering at SolarWinds since July 2015, where management of a global team of Technical Support engineers is a key responsibility. Previously, Beale held various roles at SolarWinds, including Lead Technical Support Engineer, where efforts centered on improving customer care, collaborating with product teams, and enhancing internal reporting processes.
