Vidya TL is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at SolarWinds since May 2022, Vidya previously held senior program management roles at CommScope and ARRIS, with a focus on project strategy, execution, and resolution of major issues. Vidya began a career in software engineering at Motorola Mobility, contributing significantly to feature understanding and testing schedules, and has experience in software testing within the audio-video domain at Mphasis. Academically, Vidya holds an MBA in Business Analytics from Golden Gate University, a diploma in management from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation from the University of Madras. Furthermore, Vidya is PMP certified through the Project Management Institute India.
