Solas Nua - ‘new light’ in Irish – is a leading multidisciplinary arts organization that is dedicated exclusively to contemporary Irish arts. Based in Washington, DC, our mission is to bring the best new artistic talent from Ireland to audiences in the US. Our Helen Hayes award-winning theatre programming runs a full season, and the Capital Irish Film Festival and Irish Book Day anchor our winter/spring. We welcome opportunities to collaborate with emerging Irish artists across all disciplines: theatre, film, literature, poetry, dance, visual arts, music, and more. Solas Nua is a 501(c)3 non-profit.
