Yonatan Steiner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and emergency medical services. Currently serving as a Business Operations Manager at SOLATO since April 2023, Yonatan focuses on developing lead-to-cash processes, optimizing sales operations, and managing customer success teams to improve satisfaction and retention. Previously, as a Sales Operations Manager, Yonatan drove process optimization and contributed to cross-functional initiatives. Prior experience includes two roles at Magen David Adom in Israel, where responsibilities ranged from coordinating a COVID-19 vaccine operation as a Paramedic to leading volunteer training as the Head of Volunteers. Yonatan's foundational experience in emergency medicine was gained during service as a Paramedic in the Israel Defense Forces, where operational leadership and education in tactical emergency medicine were key responsibilities.
