Andrew Silberstein has had a long and successful career in the entertainment industry. Andrew began their career in 2006 as a New Media Intern at Island Def Jam Music Group, where they worked on projects for Rihanna, Juelz Santana, Shawnna, and others. In 2004, they co-founded The Music Man Online, a boutique digital marketing, branding, and online publicity firm focused on the hip-hop and R&B music industry. In 2010, they interned in the Southern California marketing department at Live Nation Entertainment, managed various venues' social networking profiles, coordinated promotional campaigns, assisted the publicity department at live events, and launched a weekly Twitter contest series to giveaway tickets. Andrew also interned in the mailroom at William Morris Endeavor and worked as a Product Development Consultant at Electrostub. In 2011, they worked as a Marketing Intern at AM Only, where they helped launch marketing initiatives, developed the official AM Only blog, and photographed events such as Electric Daisy Carnival. In 2012, they co-founded Boomrat, a digital electronic dance music platform, which was acquired by Live Nation Entertainment in 2013. Andrew then continued to develop Boomrat within Live Nation Labs and recruited technical, content, and marketing teams. In 2015, they founded GetPpl, and in 2020 they founded SolaWave, where they are developing best-in-class skincare technology and topical solutions for preventing blemishes and signs of aging. SolaWave was rated one of the top 5 fastest growing beauty startups in 2021.

Andrew Silberstein attended Choate Rosemary Hall from 2004 to 2008. Andrew then attended the USC Marshall School of Business from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a B.S. in Business Administration & Cinematic Arts. In 2009 and 2010, they also attended New York University, where they earned a BA in Marketing, Advertising, and Design.
