Michael Kinney

Michael Kinney is an experienced SOC Analyst currently serving as Team Lead at SolCyber since July 2021, with previous roles as SOC Analyst 2 and SOC Analyst 1. Prior to this, Michael enhanced cybersecurity skills as a Cyber Security Analyst at Per Scholas, where comprehensive training included competencies in Linux, networking security, mobile device management, and various security practices. Michael's professional journey also includes a role as a Full Stack Web Developer at TEKsystems, where skills in Java, JavaScript, HTML, and Agile methodologies were developed. Earlier experience as a Chemist for the City of Garland involved conducting analytical tests to ensure public water safety. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from The University of Texas at Arlington.
