Thomas Charuvila has over 8 years of experience in the IT industry. Thomas began their career in 2013 as a Field Service Engineer at Vergent Communications, where they performed preventative maintenance for all client servers and workstations, installed, upgraded, and replaced IT hardware, programmed network phones, configured routers and switches, and provided support for telecom and network related issues. In 2015, they joined Daegis Inc. as a Technical Support Analyst, where they replicated client reported issues/bugs in the production environment, analyzed errors and log files, and worked in conjunction with Development and QA to manage, identify issues, test for bugs and enhancements. Later that same year, they moved to Centre Technologies as a Managed Services Consultant, providing technical support and consultation for clients in various industries. In 2017, Thomas joined Cyxtera Technologies as an Information Technology Manager, and in 2021 they became Manager, Customer Delivery at SolCyber Managed Security Services.

Thomas Charuvila holds a Bachelor's degree in Business IT Management from Western Governors University. Thomas also has a range of certifications, including Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute (obtained in June 2019), ITIL 4 Foundation CPD from AXELOS Global Best Practice (obtained in June 2019), CIW v5 Database Design Specialist from CIWcertified (obtained in January 2015), Network+ from CompTIA (obtained in August 2014), and MTA - Windows Operating System Fundamentals from Certiport.
