Our technical office, based on the drawings received by the engineering office of our clients, reviews the best possible solution to carry out the Project, having the following own means for its execution:

o Tube benders.
o Folding Machines.
o Machining centres.
o MIG/MAG welding robots.
o MIG/MAG manual welding posts, as well as for TIG welding.

Soldavigil meets the requirements of quality standards widely recognized as ISO 9001:2015, EN 1090-1:2009/A1:2011 for the manufacture of steel structure components and EN 15085 for "Welding of railway vehicles and components" with Execution Class 1 (CL1).

As a guarantee of compliance with the established requirements we have a team of technical staff accredited for the conduct of all types of welding tests recognized by institutions such as CESOL and AWS.
