Christa Cate is an experienced operations and human resources professional with a robust background in managing large teams and overseeing complex organizational changes. Currently serving in operations at SoldThrough since April 2022, Christa previously held the position of Senior Director of People Operations at Alpine Investors, where leadership involved guiding over 400 employees through significant transitions following the acquisition of 78 partner attorneys. Earlier roles included Director of HR & Operations at Vinson & Elkins, Senior Manager of HR Operations at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, and Manager of Internal Communications at White & Case LLP. Christa also has experience in investment banking operations, serving as an Analyst and Associate Program Manager at Credit Suisse.
