Sole Girls is empowering girls through Physical Activity, Mentorship and Powerful Discussions

Sole Girls is an empowerment program for girls ages 5 to 12 that changes lives.  Girls in Sole Girls are part of a supporting, encouraging, non-competitive physical activity program where they release their inner awesome, and build their confidence while training for a 5km fun run. We are training the next generation of female leaders to face challenges like body image, bullying and frenemies from a positive space.

We believe that strong, healthy girls make strong leaders and stronger communities. We are committed to giving girls the opportunity to run, walk, hop, skip and jump and be active and most of all have fun!!  Girls are empowered to be mentally and physically prepared to run a 5km fun run at the end of the 8 week program! 

We also offer Speaking, Workshops, and 2 and 5 day camps where girls come together to learn and apply their confidence, leadership and awesomeness skills along with being physically active and meeting new friends!!

We offer a scholarship for a girl in every program to participate even if she doesn't have the financial means.
