Wouter Alsema

Wouter Alsema has extensive experience in human resources, holding various roles in different companies. Wouter started their career as an HR Adviser at Politie Noord-Holland Noord in 2001 and later transitioned to a similar role at Oilily in 2003. In 2007, Wouter worked as an interim HR Manager at K-Swiss before joining Sole Technology in 2008. At Sole Technology, they progressively advanced in their career, starting as a European HR Manager and later becoming the EMEA Director of Human Resources. In 2019, they took on the role of EMEA Director of HR Legal & Operations and, more recently, became the Managing Director of the company in September 2020.

From 1995 to 1999, Wouter Alsema attended Inholland University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Economics Law.
