Rusty Smith is the CEO of Solea Energy and the Managing Partner of Alegria Energy. Previously, Rusty held the position of V.P. & Portfolio Manager at TRADEMARK MERCHANT ENERGY, LLC. Prior to that, Rusty was the Director of Supply Resources Trading & Marketing at Great Plains Energy and a Director of Energy Trading at Citadel Investment Group. Rusty also has experience as a V.P. at Aquila Merchant Services. Rusty holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Maritime Transportation from Texas A&M University.
