Tomás Peña

Tomás Peña serves as the Managing Partner at The Yield Lab LATAM and has been an influential leader in various capacities, including as a Board Member at Circular and Solena. With a rich history in finance, Tomás previously held roles such as Deputy Director at Interbanking and Private Banking Relationship Manager at Banco Galicia, where significant asset management and strategic developments were achieved. Tomás has also contributed to the entrepreneurial ecosystem as a Co-Founder and US Country Manager for Solapa 4, and as an Advisory Board Member for NXTP Labs. Currently, Tomás holds several board positions, including with ucrop.it and EIWA, while continuing to mentor emerging businesses.
