David Babin

David Babin is currently the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Solera, Inc. David has a wealth of experience in handling M&A, corporate, securities, corporate governance, financing, human resources, and commercial contracting matters. Prior to their current role, David worked as Senior Counsel at Dean Foods Company and as an Attorney at Vinson & Elkins and Jones Walker. David has a JD from Tulane University Law School and a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Louisiana State University.
