Responsibilities include managing a diverse team of internal staff and external contractors, aligning training initiatives with regional revenue targets, and collaborating closely with various departments to enhance training effectiveness. Prior experience includes roles such as UK Training Manager at Tech Mahindra Business Process Services, National Field Training Manager at Samsung Electronics, and Master Trainer at Concentrix, where Halima developed comprehensive training and quality strategies on a global scale. Halima Khatun holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Counselling from The University of Salford and various other qualifications in education and management.
