John Hughes

John Hughes is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the automotive industry, currently serving as the National Sales Manager ANZ at Solera, Inc. since June 2020. Prior roles include Co-Founder/Director at Dents Direct P/L, where John played a consultative role in establishing the business, as well as various managerial positions at Barry Bourke Motor Group and Melbourne City Renault, focusing on new and used car sales operations. John has also held management roles at Heidelberg and Preston Mitsubishi, PM Group, and Mentone Motor Group, contributing to the launch of a luxury franchise and driving sales across prestigious brands. John's career began with sales and management positions at Lindsay Ford and as the proprietor of Old Mill Wash & Valet, supported by a Bachelor's Degree in Business & Finance from Ulster University.
