Josh Lax is an experienced product management professional currently serving as Director of Product Management - Fleet Solutions at Solera, Inc. since January 2020, focusing on driver safety, compliance, and performance solutions. Prior to this role, Josh held the position of Director Of New Products & Markets at Explore Information Services and was the Product Lead for the TPI Product Suite at Transportation Performance, Inc. during a tenure that spanned nearly a decade. As Co-Founder and Head of Product at TPI, Josh developed software solutions aimed at enhancing cost management in the transportation sector. Josh's career began at Swift Transportation, where as Director of Business Intelligence, notable achievements included leading the BI team and developing a companywide scorecard alongside key financial metrics. Josh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Memphis.
