Luis Montero

Luis Montero is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance and automotive sectors. Since February 2012, Luis has served as a Global Account Manager at Solera, a leader in risk and asset management software for the automotive and property marketplace. Prior to this role, Luis was the International Claims Manager at MAPFRE ASISTENCIA from February 2008 to January 2012, where coaching and training were provided to staff across 20 countries in North America, LATAM, and EMEA regions. Luis's career at MAPFRE began in 1997 and included roles such as Project Manager and Claims Manager, where significant contributions were made including establishing the first Service Centers in Spain and creating the Repair & Assessors Network in Florida. Luis holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Technical Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
