Matthew Clay is an experienced professional in the field of data analytics and software development, currently serving as the Director of BI, Analytics & Data Science at Solera, Inc., where leadership is provided to an international team focused on analytics for vehicle manufacturers and insurance companies. Previously, Matthew held roles at R3PI as a Data Analyst, contributing to the development of data services for strategic decision-making, and at HPI Ltd in various capacities including Technical Product Analyst and Data Developer, where contributions were made to product innovation and data maintenance.
