Michele Decesare

Michele Decesare serves as the VP of IT Compliance at Solera, Inc. since November 2021, where responsibilities include leading compliance efforts for Monster Worldwide and Monster Government Solutions across the United States and the United Kingdom, and overseeing a compliance team. Prior to this role, Michele worked at Monster from September 2007 to November 2021, focusing on Governance Risk and Compliance. Michele also held the position of Director of IT Compliance & Controls at Tribune Company from September 2004 to 2007, where significant contributions included redesigning SOX processes and managing compliance across various business units. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Enterprise Risk Services Senior Manager at Deloitte from October 1996 to September 2004, managing audits and conducting risk assessments for clients in financial services and the public sector. Michele holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePaul University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
