Currently serving as the Americas Controller at Solera, Inc. since April 2019, Michelle oversees accounting activities for multiple business units, ensuring compliance with GAAP and facilitating accurate financial statements. Prior to this role, Michelle was the Controller at Warrantech, an Amynta Company, from 1997 to April 2019, where responsibilities included managing financial reporting, budgeting, and coordinating audits. Michelle has successfully transitioned accounting departments, enhanced claims processing systems, and implemented significant software conversions. Michelle's educational background includes a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington.
