Noel Erasmus

Noel Erasmus is an experienced leader in the collision repair services sector, currently serving as the Director of Collision Repair Services at Solera, Inc. since February 2011. In this role, Noel manages the collision shop management offering for independent collision repair shops and franchisees in North America, collaborating with strategic partners to optimize and customize service offerings. Prior to this, Noel was the President of NewEra Software, Inc. from February 1997 until its acquisition by Solera in 2011, overseeing a team that developed CRM software for various industries. Early experience includes serving as Project Development Manager at Bottomline Business Systems, where Noel played a key role in pioneering CRM software tailored for the banking, automotive, and towing industries. Education was completed at Brigham Young University.
