Phillip Ryan Block is a seasoned professional in the music industry and business strategy with a wealth of experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Demand Generation Manager at Solera, Inc. since June 2022, Phillip also coaches and advises musicians through BLOCK: Coaching, helping them navigate the digital landscape of the music industry. As a Board Member at Orchard and a former Strategic Advisor at Farm To Market Entertainment, Phillip has contributed to various music-related ventures. Phillip founded We, The Collective, focusing on passionate entrepreneurs, and previously held the position of Founder & CEO at Independent Ear Music Group, where dedication to hardworking musicians was paramount. With additional roles in project management, marketing coordination, and client relations, Phillip's diverse skill set is complemented by a diploma from Harlem High School.
