Shawn H.

Shawn H. has over 20 years of work experience in the IT field. Shawn began their career in 2000 as a Senior Customer Support Engineer at EMC Corp. In 2010, they moved to Lockheed Martin as a Systems Administrator, where they maintained and administered Windows networks used for Lenel Access Control and Intrusion Detection systems. In 2011, they joined Preferred Systems Solutions as a Sr. Systems Administrator - Team Lead. Theirduties included administration of Windows Servers, Virtual Machines and AWS Instances, creating backups and/or AWS AMI's for production and test systems, and maintaining and configuring EMC VNX and Clariion SAN systems. Most recently, in 2021, Shawn H. began working as a Senior System Administrator at Forefront Technology Solutions Corp.

Shawn H. attended Montgomery College from 1995 to 1996, studying Information Technology. Shawn also attended Montgomery College, studying Information Systems / Criminal Justice. In addition, Shawn H. holds certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Solutions Architect Associate (obtained in September 2019) and a Certified Cloud Practitioner (obtained in October 2018). Shawn also holds an EMC Proven Professional certification.
