Thomas Donauer

Thomas Donauer currently serves as the Head of Project Purchasing at Solero Technologies, beginning in October 2024. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Head of Project Purchasing Automotive at Kendrion NV and was the Global Program Purchasing Director at Plastic Omnium, where responsibilities included forming organizations, processes, methods, and tools for the newly established Plastic Omnium Lighting division. Thomas previously worked in various procurement leadership roles at ams OSRAM Automotive Lighting Systems GmbH and OSRAM Continental, contributing to the establishment of a joint venture and developing procurement strategies. Thomas’s career at OSRAM spanned over a decade, with roles including Head of Pooled Direct Materials - Metals and Plastics and Commodity Business Manager. Academic qualifications include an MBA from TUM School of Management and a Diplom-Ingenieurin in Electrical and Information Engineering from the Technical University of Munich.
