Tom Yao

Tom Yao is a co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Solesca, a leading solar design tool, and a Z-Fellow. They have a background in UX design, demonstrated through roles at notable organizations such as Google and Deloitte Digital. Previously, Tom worked as a project lead intern, where they successfully managed a team to develop innovative hiring solutions, and as a business consultant at Sidekick Analytics, where they contributed to significant revenue growth. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in User Experience from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
