Jay Brister

Jay Brister is an experienced nuclear power industry professional with over 40 years of global expertise. Currently, they serve as Managing Director of Blue Sky Nuclear and as an Executive Consultant at Solestiss. They have held various leadership positions, including Vice President roles at AECOM and CH2M HILL, where they developed significant business opportunities in the commercial nuclear sector and managed international projects. In addition to their extensive consulting work, they are a former board member of the Fusion Industry Association and have contributed to nuclear power programs in countries such as Singapore, the UAE, and the UK. Jay holds a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University.
