Keith Schultz

Keith Schultz has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Keith has held various leadership roles in companies such as Solex Contracting Inc, Timberwolff Construction Inc, and Richmond American Homes. As the Vice President of Operations at Solex Contracting, Keith is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and strategic planning. In their role as the Director of Retail Construction at Solex Contracting and Director of Business Development at Timberwolff Construction, they managed internal departments, vendor/client contracts, and worked closely with construction managers and architects. Keith has also served as the Sales Director at Richmond American Homes, where they successfully managed a team of 25 employees and generated significant revenue. Keith has experience in product procurement, cost structures, and construction management on a national level.

Keith Schultz obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. In April 2017, they also received a certification as a LEED Green Associate from the U.S. Green Building Council.
