Marcelo Lima

Marcelo Lima's work experience includes roles as the Legal and Compliance Director at Solfácil from 2021 to the present, and as the Head of Compliance and Legal at Solfácil from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Legal Manager and Legal Coordinator at Locaweb from 2012 to 2021, where they were responsible for managing a team of lawyers and providing legal support to various units within the company. Their earlier experience includes working as a Senior Legal Assistant at Encalso Construções Ltda from 2005 to 2011, where they provided legal counseling and assistance on various topics. Marcelo also had a role as a Legal Intern at Davis e Koszura Advogados Associados in 2004.

Marcelo Lima has a diverse education history, starting with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Faculdade de Direito de Mogi Mirim, which was obtained from 2007 to 2011. Marcelo then pursued a Post-Graduation lato sensu in Private Law from Damásio Educacional from 2011 to 2012. Marcelo also obtained a Post-Graduation lato sensu in Corporate Law from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2013. Later, they completed an extension program in Legal Department Strategic Planning from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa in 2016. Furthermore, they pursued a Law and IT Specialist degree from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2017 to 2019. Marcelo's educational journey was further enhanced by their completion of a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Lisbon, which took place from 2020 to 2021. In terms of certifications, Marcelo obtained a certification from the Brazilian Bar Association, Sao Paulo (OAB/SP) in 2012.
