Aaron is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Solganick & Co., a data-driven investment bank that focuses on software, IT services, and healthcare IT companies. Prior to founding Solganick & Co., Aaron worked as a Senior Vice President at B. Riley FBR, Inc., where they specialized in technology investment banking, covering sectors such as software, IT services, and digital media. Before that, they held the position of Vice President at KPMG Corporate Finance, LLC, where they focused on technology and digital media mergers and acquisitions. Aaron also has experience as a Vice President at SG Capital, LLC and as a Senior Associate at Southwest Securities, Inc. Aaron began their career as an Analyst at Bear Stearns & Co.
Aaron Solganick obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Science (MS) in Finance from the University of North Texas, where they studied from 1989 to 1994. Aaron then pursued an MBA specializing in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Strategy from Southern Methodist University, completing their studies at the Cox School of Business in 2000. Additionally, in October 2020, Aaron obtained a Mergers and Acquisitions Certificate from Columbia Business School.
