Joonas Valve

Joonas Valve is a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Solgari since March 2015, where Joonas plans, builds, and tests business communications and Contact Centre solutions. Previously, Joonas held roles in Xerox as a Process & Systems Specialist and Client Account Representative. Before that, Joonas worked as a Graphic Designer and Customer Service Team Leader at OPR-Finance Oy. Joonas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Pirkanmaa Polytechnic.
