Rikard Nylander is currently the Country Manager for Sweden at Solgrid, overseeing operations since 2023. Previously, Rikard served as a Business Developer and Project Manager at Mölndal Energi from 2020 to 2023, focusing on electricity trading and solar energy projects. Earlier in their career, Rikard held roles at E.ON, including Group Leader for Distribution Networks in Northern Skåne, and was part of their Graduate Trainee program. Rikard earned both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from Chalmers University of Technology in Engineering Physics and Nuclear Engineering, respectively.
