Amol Dixit

Amol Dixit is a seasoned professional in business development and entrepreneurship, currently serving as VP of New Ventures & Business Development at Solhem Companies since September 2022. As the Founder and CEO of HOT INDIAN FOODS LLC since May 2013, Amol has expanded the brand from a food truck to three restaurants and several high-profile locations, embodying a mission to bring Indian street food to a broader audience. Amol is also a mentor for Techstars, focusing on portfolio companies in the Farm-to-Fork and MN Twins Accelerators since 2018. Previous experience includes a role as Director at General Mills' G-Works Venture Studio where Amol led a startup incubator, and a foundational role in General Mills Ventures, executing investments in emerging food brands. Educational credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania.
