Kyle Schirmer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training management and engineering. Currently serving as the Training Manager at SOLiD since March 2022, Kyle designs and evaluates comprehensive training programs, fostering collaboration across departments and with external customers. Previously, Kyle held multiple roles at RF Connect from July 2013 to March 2022, including Supervising Engineer and Lead DAS Deployment Engineer, where responsibilities included managing national engineering teams and performing quality control audits. Kyle's earlier experience in the United States Marine Corps from July 1995 to July 2013 involved managing communications maintenance teams and performing troubleshooting on communication equipment. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from National University and has completed several military leadership and technical courses.
