Rachel Kerstetter, APR, serves as the Director of Marketing at SOLiD since August 2025. Prior experience includes her role as Director at Jaymie Scotto & Associates from October 2022 to July 2025, where Rachel led marketing strategies for various technology sectors and achieved a 115% client retention rate. Earlier positions include Marketing Operations Director at Integrated Supply Network, Marketing Manager at Goldstein Group Communications, and Social Media and Communications Consultant at Healthline Media. Rachel began her career in public relations at Sonnhalter, progressing from Public Relations Coordinator to Director, and held roles at SecureView and Fahlgren Mortine Public Relations. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication & Public Relations and Business Administration from the University of Mount Union.
