Zachary Ware

Zachary Ware has an extensive work experience spanning several industries. Zachary currently holds the position of Director of Business Development at SOLiD, starting in February 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Power Design, Inc. from 2016 to 2022, where they held two positions. From March 2019 to February 2022, they worked as a DAS Advisor, responsible for generating contracts and acting as a liaison between clients and estimators. From March 2016 to March 2019, they served as a Senior Staffing Specialist, overseeing recruitment efforts and leading a team of recruiters. Before their tenure at Power Design, they worked as a Business Development Manager at SkyBridge Resources from September 2012 to March 2016, where they provided staffing services to clients. Zachary also had a contract position as an Engagement Account Manager at Raymond James Financial Inc. in 2012, where they specialized in social media optimization.

Zachary Ware completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the University of Tampa from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Scarborough High School from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Zachary holds several certifications, including SOLiD Alliance Product Certification from SOLiD in March 2022, OSHA 30 Hour Construction from ClickSafety in December 2019, and various certifications from Dale Carnegie, such as Compelling Sales Presentations, Effective Communicator (Level 1 and Level 2), Sales Pro (Level 1 and Level 2), Leader (Level 1), and Present With Impact, obtained in different months of 2019. Zachary also obtained the Professional Recruiter Certification from AIRS, an ADP Company, in September 2017.
