Brandon Chan is currently a Senior Principal Scientist and Scientific Lead in Discovery & Translational Development at Solid Biosciences since July 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Scientist III and Senior Scientist at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from September 2023 to July 2025, and as a Senior Scientist at Pfizer from January 2020 to September 2023, where Brandon led biology efforts for an AAV gene therapy aimed at monogenic arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy, successfully delivering pre-clinical proof of concept within two years. Brandon Chan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pharmacology from the University of Alberta, completed in 2019, and a Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Pharmacology from the same institution, obtained in 2014.
