Brian Hughes

Brian Hughes is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Solid Biosciences, Brian previously held the role of Vice President of Talent Management at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included executive-level succession planning and talent management. Brian's earlier experience at athenahealth encompassed multiple roles, culminating in the directorship of Human Resources for a sizable commercial organization, including significant contributions to leadership development initiatives. Prior positions include Director of Talent and Administration at The Center for Effective Philanthropy and Head of Talent Acquisition at The Cadmus Group. Brian holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Suffolk University and completed an Associate Fellowship in Talent Management at The Wharton School.
