Jonathan Hill

Jonathan Hill has extensive work experience in the field of analytical development and chemistry. Jonathan is currently employed as a Principal Scientist at Solid Biosciences since September 2019. Prior to that, Jonathan worked at Charles River Laboratories for over a year, where they held the position of Scientist I, Analytical Development. In this role, they developed and optimized methodologies for residual impurities and quantified C-terminal amino acids using various analytical techniques. Jonathan also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Loyola University Chicago for seven years, and as an Analytical Chemist II at Syngenta Crop Protection, LLC for three years. Jonathan began their industry career as an Olsten Chemist at Olsten Staffing Solutions for three years. Jonathan's educational journey began as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Jonathan Hill obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. Jonathan later pursued further education and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Biochemistry at Loyola University Chicago, attending from 2011 to 2017.
