Kruti Patel

Kruti Patel currently serves as the Associate Director of AAV Immunology at Solid Biosciences, leading efforts in immunomodulation to enhance AAV gene therapy. Key responsibilities include developing foundational datasets and immunogenicity assays, guiding immunosuppression strategies for clinical trials, and presenting at major industry conferences. Previously, Kruti held the position of Principal Scientist at Pfizer, managing NHP studies and transitioning programs to the IND filing stage. Additional experience includes roles at Homology Medicines as Scientist II, focusing on IND enabling studies, and postdoctoral research at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, where research centered on Alzheimer's disease. Kruti holds a Ph.D. in Molecular and Translational Medicine from Boston University School of Medicine and advanced degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and University of Mumbai.
