Senior Director, Clinical Science at Solid Biosciences

Patrick Gonzalez has a diverse work experience in the biomedical field. Patrick is currently working at Solid Biosciences where they have held various roles since 2016. These roles include Senior Director, Clinical Science, Director, Clinical Science, Associate Director, R&D, Principal Scientist, R&D, Senior Research Scientist, R&D, and R&D Program Scientist. Prior to Solid Biosciences, they worked at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School as a Postdoctoral Scientist and PhD Fellow in the field of Cardiovascular Biology and Physiology and Cell Biology and Molecular Medicine respectively. Patrick also served as a Teaching Assistant and Lecturer in Developmental and Stem Cell Biology at Rutgers. Patrick began their career as a Float Tech in Nursing at Saint Barnabas Medical Center and later worked as a Teaching Assistant at Syracuse University.

Patrick Gonzalez received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biochemistry from Syracuse University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Patrick then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Cell Biology and Molecular Medicine at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School from 2010 to 2015.
