Ryan McGinnis currently serves as the Founding Director of the Center for Remote Health Monitoring and an Associate Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Wake Forest University. With extensive experience in digital health, Ryan is a co-founder of PanicMechanic, an interactive app designed to assist individuals during panic attacks, and Allostatech, LLC, which focuses on digital health and scientific consulting. Additionally, Ryan holds positions as a Scientific Advisor for Pfizer, Solid Biosciences, and Epicore Biosystems, as well as Associate Editor roles for npj Digital Medicine and PLOS Digital Health. Ryan's academic background includes a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College.
