Lynn Zhao

Lynn Zhao has extensive experience in R&D, particularly in the areas of nutrition and care for adults and pets. Lynn is currently the China R&D Director at a company called "健合集团" since March 2021. Prior to this, they served as the China R&D Head at Swisse Wellness and Solid Gold Pet, starting in May 2020 and March 2021, respectively. Before these roles, Lynn worked at "如新集团" from 2008 to 2020, holding various positions such as Director of R&D for Raw Ingredients, Director of R&D for Product Development, and Manager of R&D for Product Development. During their time at "如新集团," they led research and development efforts, including concept ideation, formulation, pilot production, and commercialized production transition. Lynn also played a key role in localizing products and successfully launching them in China.

Lynn Zhao pursued their education starting with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmaceutical Science from Fudan University, which they completed from 1999 to 2003. Continuing their academic journey, they went on to obtain a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the same university, from 2003 to 2008.
