Michael Friedman

Michael Friedman is currently the Community Food Education Program Manager at Solid Ground. With a background as a classically trained chef, Michael began their career focused on creativity in food, later discovering a passion for teaching and helping others. They held various leadership roles, including Director of Dining Services at Washington Care Services and Dietary Manager at multiple healthcare facilities, where they emphasized compassion and collaboration. Michael's journey has been driven by a commitment to community and a belief in the transformative power of food and education.
